DaVinci Wall Coverings provides bespoke feature wall design and installation services, including but not limited to cotton wall panels, sculpted paint finishes, geometric installations, and commercial wall coverings. Our website serves as an information and enquiry platform.

All project scopes, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon separately in written quotations or service agreements before any work commences. Viewing this website does not constitute a binding service agreement.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by DaVinci Wall Coverings are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Subject to site survey and final confirmation of measurements and materials.
• Exclusive of any applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Subject to change if project scope, materials, or site conditions are modified after quotation.

Acceptance of a quotation may require a deposit as specified in the quotation document. Work will commence only upon receipt of the agreed deposit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, design concepts, portfolio images, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of DaVinci Wall Coverings unless otherwise attributed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Bespoke designs created for a client project become the client’s property upon full payment. DaVinci Wall Coverings retains the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements, site dimensions, and any relevant site access restrictions.
• Ensure the site is ready for work on the agreed commencement date (clear of furniture, sufficient lighting, and appropriate access).
• Notify us promptly of any changes to project scope, timeline, or site conditions.
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule in the quotation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, DaVinci Wall Coverings shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
• Delays caused by factors outside our control, including supplier shortages, weather, or site access issues.
• Any damage to existing structures or finishes that are not identified to us prior to project commencement.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from project completion against defects arising from installation.
• Material warranties are subject to the terms of the respective material manufacturers.
• Warranty is void if the installation is subjected to abnormal conditions, modifications by third parties, or negligence by the client.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms are as specified in the signed quotation or service agreement. In general:

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
• Cancellations made before material ordering may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a project if site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, with a full refund of any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest content or data from our website in an automated manner.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s operation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
